Connect Hostaway to Ersona in three steps.

Create an API key in Hostaway, add it in Ersona, and the sync runs on its own — listings, reservations and guest messages. It takes a couple of minutes.

Create your Hostaway API key

Go to your Hostaway Dashboard and navigate to: Settings → Hostaway API → Create

  1. For Partner, select:
    Hostaway Public API(Ersona isn’t listed yet)
  2. Click Create, then copy your Account ID and API Key.
    You’ll only see them once, so store them safely.

Add the API key in Ersona

Head to your Ersona Dashboard: Settings → Integrations → Hostaway → Configure

  1. Paste your Account ID and API Key
  2. Click Test Connection
  3. If successful, click Save

That’s it — the sync runs on its own

Ersona:

  1. Exchanges your key for a secure access token
  2. Automatically refreshes it
  3. Keeps your listings, reservations and guest messages in sync

Need to rotate or revoke the key later?

In Hostaway:

  1. Go to Settings → Hostaway API
  2. Open the menu (…) next to the key
  3. Choose Edit, Delete or Revoke

If you create a brand-new key, update it in Ersona and test the connection again.
