Why we exist
Hospitality technology has asked hotels to choose: live with what you have, or rip it out and start again. Most hotels chose to wait. We started Ersona because waiting shouldn’t be the only option.
Operators first
We began as developers running our own short-term rentals — late replies, missed bookings, revenue leaking to intermediaries. We built what we needed and put it on top of the tools we already had. That is still how we build.
PMS-neutral by conviction
We don’t compete for the system of record. We make it more valuable. Your PMS stays where it is and keeps doing what it does best; Ersona connects to it, understands what’s happening, and adds decisions and execution around it.
Execution, not answers
The answer is not the outcome. The completed work is the outcome. Ersona understands the request, checks the reservation, applies your instructions and finishes the job — a paid extra, a task, a notification, a resolved conversation — with a person able to step in at any moment.
Where this is going
